We will implement tangible, research-supported strategies (I love to incorporate EMDR therapy, CBT, mindfulness!) into our sessions and into your daily routine to level up your life and improve your overall well-being.

I have been in the mental health field for over six years and have had the privilege of serving a diverse range of clients.
I am trained in EMDR therapy, a modality used to reprocess traumatic memories and heal from depression and anxiety. I offer EMDR intensive sessions and love seeing my clients make progress through this highly effective, evidence-based treatment.
I am also trained in The Gottman Method for couple’s counseling.

JUST FOR FUN!
I am a registered yoga teacher and teach at a local studio. I was first introduced to yoga by my supervisor in my counseling graduate program, who suggested the connection between breath, movement, and mind could be a helpful stress reduction tool. She was right! I love sharing the benefits of a yoga practice with my yoga students (and sometimes therapy clients!).
I also love to sing, play the guitar, and write music.
My husband, Geoffrey, and I are avid travelers, hikers, and golfers (my newest adventure!). We love spending our mornings walking our English Mastiff at our favorite local parks.
